How it works
The process for creating your custom branded hi vis clothing is extremely simple.
Here's how our process works, starting with your logo or artwork and ending with your branded hi vis garments delivered to your door!
1. Choose your garments
Browse our website for available garments and choose any that you'd like to have branded OR if you can't find what you want, tell us the type of garment you'd like and we'll source it for you!
2. Send your artwork
Send us your logo or artwork files that you'd like to add to the garments and the type of branding / branding location you'd like. EPS, AI and PDF files will work best, but we may be able to use hi res JPGs and PNGs too.
3. Approve your mockups
Our design team will create mockups with your chosen garment types, with your artwork for you to approve. This is great to get a rough idea of how the finished custom branded garments will look.
4. Delivered to your door
Once your mockups are approved, our in-house print room will get to work customising your hi vis clothing. Once your garments have been completed, your order will be delivered direct to your door by our courier partners.
Our hi vis garment branding methods
Depending on the type of garment, we can offer a variety of custom branding types.
Though certain types of branding will vary depending on the texture of the material.
Embroidery is ideal for fleece fabric type garments, whilst heat sealing is better for polyester type garments like jackets.
Heat Seal
The heat sealing process involves applying an artwork on vinyl to a garment through heat transfer. The melted vinyl seals to the garment giving a flat glossy surface that is completely waterproof. Heat sealing gives a professional and cost-effective branded finish to hi vis garments.
Embroidery
Our in-house embroidery machines can turn your logo or artwork into a beautifully threaded embroidery design on the garment of your choosing. Embroideries are often applied to the front or left breast of a garment on tops, but other branding positions such as the back or sleeves can also be embroidered. May only be suitable on certain types of hi vis garment.
